We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

During especially busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

Subscribe & Save Orders

All Subscribe & Save orders qualify for free shipping.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases ship for a flat rate of $3.95.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be selected at checkout. These orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or another major carrier, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, or service disruptions.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Smart Fuel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact our support team.
