Program Overview

The Smart Fuel TikTok Creator Bonus Program is a monthly performance-based incentive designed to reward TikTok creators who generate product sales through TikTok Shop.

In addition to standard TikTok Shop affiliate commissions, eligible creators may earn additional monthly cash bonuses based on the total sales they generate.

Participation in this program is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined below. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on individual performance and actual sales generated.

Campaign Period

The program operates on a monthly basis.

Each campaign period begins at 12:00 AM PST on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM PST on the final day of the same calendar month.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Smart Fuel TikTok Creator Bonus Program, creators must:

• Maintain an active TikTok Shop Affiliate account

• Join the Smart Fuel Creator Discord Community

• Promote Smart Fuel products through TikTok Shop affiliate links

• Submit the required bonus verification form within five (5) days after the end of the campaign month

Participation in the program is personal to the creator and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with other individuals or entities.

Bonus Structure

Creators may earn one monthly bonus based on their total Net GMV generated during the campaign period.

Net GMV is defined as the total TikTok Shop product sales generated through a creator’s affiliate links during the campaign period, minus refunded or canceled orders.

Example Bonus Tiers

Creators qualify for one bonus tier per month. Bonus tiers are not cumulative. Only the highest tier achieved during the campaign period will be awarded.

GMV Attribution

The following sales count toward a creator’s Net GMV:

• TikTok Shop purchases generated through creator affiliate links

• Sales generated from creator content, including organic posts and TikTok LIVE

• Sales generated through posts boosted by GMV Max 

Sales are counted during the campaign period regardless of when the original content was posted.

Creators receive credit for all sales attributed to their content as reported by TikTok Shop, including organic posts, LIVE, GMV Max ads, and platform-driven distribution.

All GMV calculations are based on data provided by TikTok Shop and Smart Fuel’s internal tracking systems, which shall serve as the final source of truth.

Sales Adjustments

The following transactions will be deducted from GMV totals:

• Refunded orders

• Canceled orders

• Fraudulent or manipulated purchases

• Other transactions deemed invalid by Smart Fuel

Final bonus eligibility is determined after these adjustments. Bonus eligibility and payment are contingent upon final validated TikTok Shop data, including any post-period adjustments, refunds, or reversals.

Smart Fuel reserves the right to delay bonus payments if necessary to account for late refunds, chargebacks, or platform adjustments.

Content Compliance

All content promoting Smart Fuel must comply with:

• TikTok Community Guidelines

• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements

• Smart Fuel product claim guidelines

Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (for example, #ad or #affiliate).

The following claims are strictly prohibited:

• Medical or disease-related claims

• Unsubstantiated performance claims

• False or misleading statements about Smart Fuel products

Creators may discuss product ingredients and compare Smart Fuel to other products, provided all statements remain truthful, substantiated, and compliant.

Creators may not misrepresent themselves as Smart Fuel or imply official brand affiliation beyond participation in the affiliate program.

Content Usage

By participating in the Smart Fuel TikTok Creator Bonus Program, creators grant Smart Fuel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute their content for marketing purposes, including:

• TikTok GMV Max Ads (creator receives full GMV attribution)

• Paid advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

• Use on the Smart Fuel website and marketing materials

If Smart Fuel wishes to use creator content outside of these environments in a manner not covered above, additional permission may be requested.

Bonus Payment Terms

Bonuses are paid via PayPal.

Bonus payments will be issued on or before the 20th day of the following month after GMV verification is completed.

Creators must submit the required bonus verification form within five (5) days after the end of the campaign month to remain eligible for bonus payment.

Failure to submit verification information within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of bonus eligibility.

Smart Fuel reserves the right to withhold bonus payments pending investigation of suspicious or non-compliant activity.

Post-Payment Adjustments

Bonus calculations are based on Net GMV at the time of verification.

If refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or other adjustments are identified after bonus payment, Smart Fuel reserves the right to adjust future bonus payments accordingly.

Any such adjustments will be applied as a deduction from the creator’s next eligible bonus.

If a creator does not earn a subsequent bonus, Smart Fuel reserves the right to recover the adjusted amount through other means.

Adjustments generally apply to transactions occurring within 30 days following bonus payment.

Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to commissions or bonuses earned through the program.

Tax Documentation Requirements

U.S. Creators

Payments are issued via PayPal. In many cases, PayPal may handle applicable tax reporting obligations.

Smart Fuel reserves the right to request a completed Form W-9 if reasonably necessary for compliance, verification, or other business purposes.

Non-U.S. Creators

Payments are issued via PayPal.

Smart Fuel reserves the right to request appropriate tax documentation, including Form W-8BEN or applicable equivalent, if reasonably necessary for compliance or verification purposes.

General Provisions

Smart Fuel reserves the right to request tax or identity documentation as reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, or payment processing purposes.

Program Integrity

Smart Fuel reserves the right to review creator activity and investigate suspicious behavior, including but not limited to:

• Artificially inflated sales

• Excessive refund activity

• Coordinated purchasing patterns

• Abuse of affiliate links

Purchases made with the intent to artificially influence GMV or qualify for a bonus are prohibited.

Smart Fuel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether transactions reflect genuine customer demand and to adjust, exclude, or disqualify any transactions or bonuses that do not align with the intent of the program.

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in:

• Immediate removal from the program

• Cancellation or forfeiture of bonuses

• Termination of affiliate privileges

Any violation of these Terms may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid bonuses.

Program Administration

Smart Fuel maintains final authority over:

• GMV calculations

• Bonus eligibility determinations

• Program enforcement decisions

Smart Fuel reserves the right to remove creators who violate program guidelines or engage in conduct that harms the Smart Fuel brand.

Smart Fuel reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time due to business needs, platform changes, or regulatory considerations.

Creators are responsible for monitoring program updates communicated via email or within the Smart Fuel Creator Discord community.
